Allamuchy Homeless Liaison: Ms. Kerilyn Klamerus, Director of Student Support Services

Dear Superintendent,

As the Region I Director of the McKinney-Vento program, I am charged by the New Jersey Department of Education with conducting a comprehensive needs assessment to improve the service system for children and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability in your county.  As you may know, part of this process involves surveying all families, regardless of housing status, to determine the effectiveness of programming.  To that end, Region I is partnering with Monarch Housing Associates to collect this important information.

Your assistance is requested to collect this information. Please kindly forward the surveys linked below to your schools for dissemination to all parents.  The survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete.  Know that all responses are confidential and will be used exclusively to identify gaps in service and enhance communication, connections, and supports.

English Survey – https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MVRegion1Family

Spanish Survey - https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MVRegion1FSpanish

The survey will remain open until June 12, 2026.

For questions regarding the survey, please contact Katelyn Ravensbergen at kravensbergen@monarchhousing.org. Alternatively, I can be reached at diader@bergen.org or (201) 343-6000 x 6588.
