Mr. Serraino and Mrs. Rodriguez are the 2022-23 track coaches.The items below must be received prior to participation in practice or meets/games.We are asking that Track physicals and Pay to Play be turned in by March 1, 2023 in order to prevent delay in ability to participate.Items needed to complete Physical Requirements:
2. Sudden Cardiac Death Pamphlet Sign Off (pamphlet below)4. Health History Update form is needed if a physical was completed 90 days before the start of practice.
(Ex. Practice Starts April 9, 2020, but the physical was completed prior to January 10, 2020)
