The items below must be received prior to participation in practice or meets/games.
We are asking that physicals be turned in by January 15, 2020 in order to prevent delay in ability to participate.
Items needed to complete Physical Requirements:
* Health History Update form is needed if a physical was completed 90 days before the start of practice *
Required Reading- Cardiac Pamphlet
*As an Allamuchy athlete, students may be pulled out of classes early to travel to a meet. Students are responsible for handing in any homework prior to leaving school and are responsible to make up the work missed. Students will be leaving school earlier than normal for certain meets.
