My name is Robin Samiljan and I am thrilled to be teaching Second Grade for the 2024-2025 school year! This is my 12th year teaching at Allamuchy! I taught Kindergarten for 8 years and this is my 4th year teaching Second Grade!

My education began at Montclair University where I earned a Bachelors of Arts. I took some time to raise my own children while pursuing my dream of becoming a teacher. In May 2012, I graduated from Seton Hall University with my teaching certificate. I continued my education at Seton Hall and earned a Masters in Special Education in May 2013.

 I am looking forward to being your child’s Second Grade teacher this year! It seems like yesterday that my own children were starting school. Today, my son, Justen, is 25 years old and my daughter, Samantha, is 22. My husband, Jason, and I started our lives together over 27 years ago. He is also a teacher and we both believe in making a difference in the life of a child. My family is my support system and I am very lucky to share this journey with them.
