As the Allamuchy Township School Counseling Team, we counsel students when they are having emotional and social challenges at school and/or home. We lead social skills groups, Lunch Bunch, Friendship groups, and conduct individual /small group counseling sessions. On a monthly basis, we will visit all classrooms to teach the six pillars of character from the international "Character Counts" program.
We promote the "whole child" at Allamuchy School which means we ensure that they are successful academically, socially, and emotionally. If any of these variables are missing, a child is greatly affected. If you feel that your child needs school based counseling, please do not hesitate to contact us: Julie Profito 908-852-1894 ext 171 and Megan Schmidt 908-852-1894 ext 327.Please check out our counselors' twitter page- @atsdcounselors. We will updating our twitter page weekly.
